my oldest daughter put a restraing order on my husband how do i get that lifted?

Typically, he would need to request a hearing and the instructions for doing so should have been included in the service documents. You can call the court listed on the documents and ask them also. Your Husband would need to request a hearing, and will need to prove that she has no legal basis for obtaining such. We can certainly help him pursue the dismissal. This is obviously a very important matter, and he should not go in alone.
