Ex is order to pay credit card debt but is not.

My ex-wife is ordered to pay debt from our Divorce Decree. However, she is not paying it. What can I do?

You can seek enforcement through our Court. The forms or doing so are located at www.superiorcourt.maricopa.gov/ssc/sschome.html.

you will need to move to enforce the decree or file a petition for contempt.
