Overpayment of Arrears

I just received a payment history of child support/arrears I have paid. I have overpaid the arrears in the amount of $1,389.75 (to date). I was told that we have to file something to have them stop taking arrears out of my check. Also, can my ex have a judgement put against her to pay back the overpayment?

You can request that the Court schedule a hearing to both (1) stop continued withholdings and (2) enter an award of any overpayments.
