Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I owe back child support to my ex wife , she has agreed to accept my portion of a home that has been left to me and 5 other siblings as payment for the total amount I owe her including any future costs. I have very little money. In fact i have no money but may be able to come up with about $150.00 to $200.00 max. The problem I have is this. In order for the deal to be legal and accepted by the courts I must have the agreement drawn up by a lawyer and a copy delivered to her lawyer. How can this be accomplished with out any money? To make matters worse due to my back child support i have been deemed a criminal and the county sheriffs office has been actively trying to incarcerate me making working or generating any money at all incredibly difficult. Once she agrees to the terms and it is accepted by the courts my legal status will be returned to normal but as of now I cannot even stay at my own house because the sheriff's come and raid the place every other day looking for me, though I don't even stay there? My ex has already agreed to the deal and it just needs to be drawn up and submitted to the courts thus restoring my life to a normal condition. Living like this is terrible I know that if I turn my self in I will never be able to achieve any of this from in side a jail. I there any way to get this done? Please help.

I can draft a very strong agreement that would be signed by a Judge and which would quash any arrest warrants (so long as the STATE is not owed any money). However, I would require an $881 retainer. $800 would be for attorney's fees, anticipating 3 - 4 hours of work. $81 is the filing fee necessary to file your stipulation and order.

Please me directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gloria or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule a consultation to further discuss your options. I have 2 attorneys that work for me, so be sure to ask for me specifically.
