Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
What is PA extradition laws for a single mom who wants to relocate to PA without the fathers consent. I was told it would be a "civil case". Not sure what that means legally, but would PA legal system enter into the matter. Could the woman be taken into custody, or forced to return to the childs home state to face the court there, and/or could the child be returned to the birth state and the father gain custody?

I am not sure about "extradition", BUT I KNOW there are methods to force her return or cause her arrest
