Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
if a parent is going out of town during their parenting time and is wanting someone other than the other parent to watch child, don't that have to give that parent contact info and address of who is going to be caring for their child? i am in AZ

Yes. A parent has a right to know where their children are at all times and who they are staying with including address, phone, email address, etc. Also I would think there is a right of first refusal; at least there is in most divorces and child custody establishment orders. That is, if a parent can't watch the child(ren) during his or her scheduled parenting time, they first give the other parent the option to watch the kid(s) before seeking out any other care providers.
