Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

My parental rights

My ex has custody and I have alternating weekend visitation. Yesterday my ex signed guardianship over to her Dad without notifying me and now He is refusing to honor the visitation awarded to me in Superior Court. My Son is upset as he wants to be with me. He is 13 years old. Can her actions be legal or sound?

That cannot be done and you have a right to enforce your parenting time. I would do so immediately.
