Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I have partial custody of my 15 year old daughter. I recently lost my job and now have a new job. I own my house and can no longer afford the payments so my 2 best friends moved in. It is a 4 bedroom house so we all have our own rooms. My ex wife has told me that if my 2 room mates do not move out she is going to file for full custody of my daughter. Is a judge going to side with her? None of us have criminal records.

It of course depends upon the overall situation. If the "roomates" have no particular issues, then you are of course better off. BUT, she of course has the right to argue that her situation, with no roomates, is better than yours, with roomtaes. And you of course have the right to argue that your situation is fine and that no modifcation is necessary.

We can certainly help you defend any moves she makes.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gloria or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation
