Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

If both parties are consenting during a divorce process, can a spouse be removed from another health insurance? Though the Primarily Injunction under section 1(d) states, "That both parties are enjoined from removing, or causing to be removed, the other party..." can the insurance be removed without penalty if both parties agree in writing?
