I am paying child support arrears on adult children over the age of 28. Can I get this debt canceled as uncollectable in Arizona?

If there is a judgment for arrears and you still owe a balance, then the debt is not "uncollectable," nor does the judgment expire. You will have to keep paying this until it has been paid in full.
