Can we go after him for not paying child support?

I had my daughter when I was 15. Me and her dad when to court over child support when she was 2 months old. He has never paid and when he starts to be enforced to pay or money gets taken out of his check he quits his job. He has gotten married and had kids sense then and now his wife is texting my daughter saying that they dont have to pay because she does not go see them. I live in Arizona and he lives in Mississippi.

We can and should file a Petition to Modify and a Petition for Contempt for non-payment of child support.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options. This is obviously a very important matter, and you should not go in alone.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
