permanent residence
Can my ex-husband claim his RV as a permanent residence (it's currently parked in an RV park) in which he can have visitation with our minor daughters? There are no separate bedrooms & the shower is broken.

Yes, he can claim his RV space as his permanent residence. The issues of hygiene (shower) should be brought to the opposing party's attention and if nothing is done to correct the situation, then submit it to the court.
