Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Can a person who has created and LLC business in their name only, hide business assets/income from the divorcing spouse and be protected under the LLC? The divorcing spouse was also the businesses legal co-owner per the lease agreement for the suite space, in other words the without the divorcing spouses financial standing which made it possible to obtain the lease.

If the business was creasted or imrpoved during the marriage, then everything about the business and its value and its assets would be relevant to the proceedings.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options for preserving your interest in the business. This is obviously a very important matter, and you should not go in alone.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
