Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

At what point during a child support modification do I have to reveal that I have hired an attorney. We are submitting paperwork to the court, but have not hired him yet..only consulted. We would like to get the paperwork in asap, and we do not have his info. Is there a legal requirement (or time frame) in which I must notify my ex-wife that I have representation??

You do not have to disclose that you have consulted with an attorney. Once you actually retain the lawyer, he/she will enter a Notice of Appearance and a copy must be sent to the other party, so they will be aware that you have retained counsel.
