Unfortunately, I do not believe I possess the typing skills necessary to teach you everything you need to know via e'mail.
If you would like to discuss representation, however, please do not hesitate to contact us.

You have set forth an impossible task I fear. It takes most attorneys years to develop some of the skills to properly prepare and deal with the issues you are asking us to teach you in the limited space of one or two paragraphs. Further, on some of the topics you mentioned, questioning a witness for example, you would need to learn many of the rules of evidence and procedure and understand their application. That is a feat many experienced lawyers who went to law school and practice law on a daily basis still struggle with. If this situation if important to you, I would highly recommend hiring an attorney. I wish you the very best of luck and if I can be of any help please contact me.
