Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

post judgement/decree

On advice from court advocate, I filed a blank motion w/court re: ex not paying for health ins. This was agreed by both of us not included on final decree (I just found out). The blank motion also explained that he was not working w/realtor on getting home sold. Also, mentioning his verbal attacks. Since filing this motion, I filed and received an order of protection for 1 year and he has begun working w/realtor. bank acct overdrawn $337 for 2nd mtg, by him.

Question: should I cancel the blank motion and remove the order to appear or continue in hopes of getting the health insurance reimbursement. I have tried to handle all myself only to realize that I should have had a lawyer from the start. ergh.

At a minimum, you should consult with an attorney prior to taking any further steps.
