Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
Help with post-decree evidentiary hearing:
I have a evidentiary hearing coming up in about 15 days,I have done all discovery, even had the Judge grant a few motion's I filed, What I am looking for is someone to speak for me at the hearing.I'am seeking to have my daUGHTER come closer to school to me,she goes to school 34 miles one away, which I drive 4 days out of the week, and drive 44 miles back to go to work. She has an attorney, who just got retained, and treat's me with no respect.he avoid's me.He know's as well as I do that I got the case to lose, because his client,my ex has been caught lying by everyone in the court system and Judge even told her he has an issue with mother allinating child from father, thats why he order a review hearing, but then the Judges switched over and we got assigned a new Judge who was completly out in the cold in or case.If given the chance to present my case to someone they will in no doubt see I got it,just dont want to lose it because I do get tongue tied because this is the MOST important thing in my life.If anyone wants a pretty sure case to win, please reply A.S.A.P.
