Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Power of attorney???

I signed power of attorney over to my mother for my child while cps did and investigation on me. The investigation made by cps is unsubstantiated and the case is closed. With my mother haveing power of attorney over my daughter does she have any say on me haveing my daughter back???

Re: Power of attorney???

No. A typical power of attorney would not give her rights greater than yours, and would not give her rights to retain the child. I would expect that she has no ability to keep the child, especially if you got authorities and/or Court involved.

We can absolutely help.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation.
