I read this question three times and I am clueless. Are you a surrogate for someone or are you going to have a child terminate your rights as a parent and let your cousin adopt the child? Are you a minor (under the age of 18) since you suggest that somehow your mother is a part of the your legal issue. What about the father? How does he fit into this and what does he want to do?
