Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

When presenting the other party with a discovery request (i.e. Uniform Interrogatories), does the paperwork also need to be filed with the Clerk of Court?

No. BUT you must mail an original AND ONE COPY of the request for uniform interrogatories.
