Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
When presenting the other party with a discovery request (i.e. Uniform Interrogatories), does the paperwork also need to be filed with the Clerk of Court?

Discovery requests are NOT filed with the court.
No. BUT you must mail an original AND ONE COPY of the request for uniform interrogatories.
We can certainly assist you, even behind the scenes, as you go forward with self representation. I can offer help 1/2 hour to 1 hour at a time, reviewing pleadings, strategizing issues, etc.
Please call or email me directly if that interests you. richpeters @ familylawaz.com.
