Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Pretrial Conference/Do not agree to meet

The Pretrial Conference Paper says both partys must meet. How do we do this if we cant even speak to each other like Adults? She always gets all crazy. Can I just fill out the paper work myself and file or must we file it together. We went to mediation and agreed but she would not sign the paper that we agreed. So now were going to pretrial. Oh, and do I have to get another packer from the Self Help Center or do I just type it up on regular paper? Thank You.

If she will not cooperate let the judge know and do your own pretrial paper work
