Problem getting a divorce

My ex filed for a divorce in 2001 and I have showed up for all courts and my ex has NOT but the Judge won't grant the divorce for some odd reason. Can I start over and file for the divorce in another county? I live in a different county from which the divorce was originally filed.

There are a few things you need to know first. For Example: Where does husband live???? Unless I know detail about the parties this is a very difficult question to answer because you might have a jurisdiction problem. Good luck
