Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I am in the process of getting a divorce, still living in the same house, we have a 16 (almost 17) year old daughter, we have been married for 17 years, I don't want to be a total jerk and take all his stuff, or I should say our stuff, but I am intitled to be bought out on a few things, our daughter is going to be living with me

I am not sure you really have a question pending. I think it's very wise for people about to go through this process to ensure they sit down with an experienced lawyer so he or she gets educated. Feel free to call my office to schedule a consultation. I think you will be happy you did so.
