protecting my investment

i purchased a home using my inheritance as a downpayment and used my boyfriend to help finance my home, and he is also on title. He is going thru divorce and i was not counseled that his ex could now have claim to my equity, what can I do to protect my investment?

If he was MARRIED at the time that you put him on the Deed, there may be a problem. However, he could not have helped you finance while he was married to someone else unless she also signed a Quit Claim Deed in the residence.
