Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Ok so my ex has a protection against my kids seeing my dad and it sucks but we have learned to

Live with it as the rest of the

Family. My oldest is now 18 going in 19 does this order still prevent her from seeing her grandfather?

The Court Order SHOULD NOT govern an adult.......... but I would need to SEE the order to let you know any potential repercussions.

Perhaps that restriction can be modified even as to the other child? We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Paige or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
