Protection during separation

My husband and I have been in seperate states for over 2 months. I've recently been aware of him incurring 1000s of dollars in debts on prostitutes and other. I did not sign but am concerned I'll be liable.

Re: Protection during separation

If your name is on any of the credit cards immediately notify the credit card companies by telephone followed up with a letter that the credit cards are canceled. This will limit the damages. Then consult with an attorney in the state in which you live concerning filing a petition for dissolution of marriage.
