Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

i have a question. we would like to appoint my husband's sister as our son's legal guardian in case we both die early. we have no idea how to do this, especially as she is not american and our son is (she and her husband are swiss). (By the way, I am American from Arizona, my husband is Egyptian & we live in Spain)

If you live in Spain you will need to do a legal instrument in Spain I would think, unless the son lives in Arizona?!? Doing such a document is not that difficult; there are plenty of forms on the Internet or in stores, and you can probably do it yourself without having a lawyer. Good luck!
