Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Ok - Here is the question:

My daughters ex is suppose to pay a portion of the Legal Fee's for the divorce....there is a signed COURT ORDER that this be paid within a certain amout of time.....It appears that the EX IS NOT GOING TO PAY.....and is threating BAKRUPTCY...to get out of paying the fees....

Who is responsible for those UN-PAID attorney Fees? My daughter?. OR what is our next step to get this fee's paid......Remember we have a COURT ORDER......

I can't speak for your daughter's fee agreement with her attorney; however, I can tell you that in general, she is responsible to pay her attorney, and if the other party pays the fees, your daughter would be reimbursed. Her attorney's right to get paid for services provided does not depend on the other party's compliance with the award of legal fees.
