Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I have two questions; my divorce is about to be final I am asking for $150/mo spousal maintenance and my (ex)husband has been hiding money. How do I show proof of his employment to support my request? Also I was the primary owner of our insurance policy and it came out of my paycheck. I want to be reimbursed for his portion since we have been separated this year until Jan 1st 2011. Is that possible? He refuses to comply.

I cannot help you establish proof without knowing more. Typically, there are several methods to establish income even if a party is self employed or getting paid "under the table".

I do believe your request for reimbursement of insurance premiums after separation is appropriate.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options for trial preparation. This is obviously a very important matter, and you should not go in alone, even if an attorney is just assisting "behind the scenes".

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gina or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
