quick deed

if i sign a quick deed and still married am i entitled to any of the money of the sale of the home

I'd need more information to be sure, but you culd be giving up an interest, financial or otherwise in the property, although you would have a community property interest (1/2) in your husband's property. I'd strongly urge you to seek legal advice before signing such a deed. If a divorce is coming, hiring a divorce attorney would be a good idea. They could help you make some pre-divorce decisions.
