Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I am ready to divorce my husband after 6 years of emotional abuse he admitted he had an affair, refusing to get tested for STD's and continualling lieing to me about a porn addiction. We have 2 young kids, and i would really like to get it over asap. Our oldest is having medical problems so i want to be able to make the medical decisions for him, but still want to allow my husband to be in their lives as much as he wants. I really dont know even where to start. Do you have any ideas? we are a young family, not much money for this whole process. how would u suggest going about getting this done the best way?

If money is an issue, which it is for many people. I strongly suggest you at least consult with an experienced lawyer and then work with a paralegal to ensure paperwork gets moving and that it's done right.
