Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I did not realize I needed to complete a parenting class 5 years ago when my initial custody arrangement was completed. Does this mean I am not entitled to the child support we agreed upon?

It probably won't make a difference. The parenting class that they make you go to teaches parents about how going through the court system will impact them. How to talk to them about court, etc. So it likely will not impact your child support.

That will have ZERO effect as to whether you receive child support.

If the other parent is NOT paying, we can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options for collecting child support.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Alicia or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
