Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Reasonable Parenting Time

I divorced in 8/2003, ex-wife received sole custody of our son & I Reasonable Parenting Time, but nothing was written for specific dates / time for visitation. My son lived with me 1/2 of this year. He went to visit his mother & she refused to send him back, she agreed to change custody to joint and stop child support prior to the visit, I sent her the court papers & she changed her mind, she has sole custody so not much I can do. Now she is refusing to allow me time with my son for visitations, because he's not behaving with her. She's also sent me emails forbidding me to call my son. He's 17, so it's another year and half until he's finished with school, but I love my son & can she legally keep us apart because she has sole custody?

Re: Reasonable Parenting Time

She CANNOT keep you apart.

We can absolutely help.

I can explain the procedures better by phone or in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via e'mail. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss the matter in more detail.

Please call me directly to discuss the specifics of your case, or contact my assistant Alicia to schedule a free 1/2 hour consultation.
