Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I just received a copy of a "Motion and Affidavit for Default Divorce Without a Court Hearing". Is this the final divorce decree? If not, what can I expect to receive declaring my divorce is final?

Thanks.

This is a request that your spouse has made asking the court to finalize the divorce a) without your further involvement and b) without requiring a hearing. If you are in agreement with the provisions that your spouse put in the Petition for divorce, then you can let the case proceed by default (aka without your involvement). If the case is eligible for a default without hearing, then the judge will sign the decree (making the divorce final) and mail a copy to each of you. Once you receive the decree, you will know the divorce is final.
