Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I just received a new ruling on my parenting time with my children but the other parent does not agree with it and is now saying she was misrepresented and is not letting me have any contact with my children at all now. we go back to court on Dec. 6th but is there anything I can do in the mean time since she is disobeying the court ruling.

If you have a valid Court Order, you SHOULD be able to call the police if she is not allowing Court ordered access. BUT, this option should be used sparingly, as it can be traumatic on the child. Also, perhaps a demand letter or phone call from an attorney would convince her to abide by the Orders.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gina or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
