Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

i recently became aware that i am the biological father of a 12 year old ive never met. I am not on the birth certificate and the boy has a legal father and a mother who is not involved and is paying child support. the legal fathers mother is taking of the 12 year old boy. what are my rights here? do i have a chance with custody?
