Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

I recently established child support payments with the paternal parent and decided not to go back 3 years at the time of signing the agreement. I have since changed my mind. How do I request this change through the courts??

Thanks in Advance

I would recommend having an attorney review the agreement you signed. I cannot give an opinion on your options without reviewing the terms of your agreement.

I am not sure you can. You may have entered into a non-modificable agreement. I would need to see the paperwork.

We can certainly help you consider and then pursue your options.

One of our attorneys can explain the issues and procedures better in person. As you can imagine, there is too much to cover via email. We offer free 1/2 hour consultations, in which we can discuss your matter in detail.

Please call us directly to discuss the specifics of your matter, or contact my assistant Gina or my paralegal Jennifer to schedule your free 1/2 hour consultation.
