Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona
i just recently established paternity for my now almost 4 year old son. I've known who the father was since day 1 and hes known about the child but denied him until I took him to court. We haven't had a custody hearing but during our support hearing it was written that I have sole custody of the child. The father has seen the child 2 weekends in his life and is now trying to take him out of the state. Being that it is written that I have sole custody is he allowed to take the child out of the state without me??

If parenting time orders have not been entered, you are not required to allow him to take your child out of state.
He does not have the right to take him out of state without your agreement.
