Reducing Alimony & Child Support

my wages are/were being garnished for being in arrears, but i was also just laid off. my net pay was significantly less than when i was divorced (2 years ago), and now i need to reduce my alimony & child support to make ends meet. i am also getting divorced from my second marriage and will have to pay child support for another child. what is the best way to do this?
