Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

RE:Just started Custody/paternity process

When you mean uncontested what does that mean please? I know when I look up her info on the public access court information web page she has a whole lot of traffic violations and one criminal charge which looked like it was dissmissed by ple of guilty back in 2000. I know that is probably nothing, but perhaps I can get awarded 50% legal and physcal custody. I just didnt understand if the case can go uncontested meant.

Thank You for your Timely response!

What I mean by "uncontested" is that if she agrees to what you want and you just need the documents drafted with child support calculations etc. then I do not see your case going over the $650-$750 amount. However, if she is going to fight every issue of what you are seeking it can be much more costly.
