relinquish parental rights

i am divorced from my first wife we have one child together i ahve not seen her in over 9 years i dont know where she lives i think still in north carolina i have nothing to do with her i live in arizona how do i relinquish my parental rights from her and then i have another child from another woman we were never married i think they live in mishigan i have not seen that child in 9 plus years either i have nothig to d with that child how do i relinquish my parental rights from that child please help me thank you

In Arizona, terminating your parental rights will not stop your requirement to support the child. It doesn't sound like anyone is looking for you at this point so you may not want to rock the boat. If you still want to terminate, you would need to terminate your rights in the states where the children live. If there is someone that wants to adopt the children, your obligation to support would stop.
