Relinquishing parental rights

I am 6 months pregnant. The biological father and I are not together and I am with my boyfriend of 3 years that I have a daughter with. What rights does the biological father have? How can I get him to sign his rights?

Bio father has the rights to establish paternity, custody and support. You can simply ask that he sign a termination of rights, but cannot demand the same.
