Relocation of myself and child

I am going through a child custody hearing with the father of my son. I want to move out of state but need to know what the laws are in Az regarding this. My ex filed for joint custody but I just graduated school and have more opportunities out of state.

Be very careful with moving. First, if he has already filed, you cannot go while the case is pending, without court order. If there is an order, you have to refer to our special rules on relocation for things like job opportunities.
