Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

relocation

I have read your answers regarding relocating with a minor child. What if it is the non-custodial parent that leaves the State of AZ first for long periods of time and refuses to give physical location for notification of relocation? One reason being wage assignment(catch me if you can) and so he may say proper notification was not given and request a sanction upon me?

I'm not sure exactly what you are asking. It sounds like you have an Arizona Order so you should really try rewriting your question and aim it at an Arizona, not Texas, attorney.
