Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Removing my children from the system.

I have a friend that has three children that have been in the care of C.P.S for a while now ,he has been fighting to get them back,He at the time they were removed from the home he was in jail.When he returned home after being released to find that his 3 children had been taken from thier mother by cps ,because she tested positive for drugs at the time of deliveryof the youngest .Just3 days prior to them being taken.He has taken the court ordered classes, give his U.A.''S so what more can he do to help get his chidren home &Can you tell me how can we go about finding a Lawyer thatis more concerned about reuniting a very sad father with the children he hasn't seen for awhile..

There are many issue involved here, First of all is he being co-operative with CPS? Does he have a home for the chilren? Is the mother with him? What do the Court orders state? Is the mother co-operating with CPS? I am sorry I can't answer your question, but there are many unkowns that need to be known before any advice can be given.
