How can I request a Default Hearing without the Respondent going to Parent Education Classes

This is simple. If someone has defaulted, they are not participating in the process. Therefore, they need not have taken the program. The court will typically order that if that person seeks to modify orders regarding children at a later time, he or she will first be required to take the class.
