Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

i have a restraining order against my ex husband and he wants full custody of my youngest daughter and work something out to have visitation with my oldest daughter but my oldest doesnt want anything with him at what age can she decide if she want to go with him or not

There is no age where a child simply gets to choose. A Judge is REQUIRED to consider the desires of the child. BUT, that is only one factor of many.
