Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Do I have any rights as a live in girlfriend?

My boyfriend gets his two girls ages 10 and 11 every other weekend. It's not often but in that time they destroy things, make nasty commits to me and steel things. Their dad doesn't say anything because if he does, they run home and tell their mom. Then she runs to the court Meanwhile, I can't say anything in fear it will cause problems for my boyfriend. What can I do that won't hurt mt boyfriends case?

Re: Do I have any rights as a live in girlfriend?

Unfortunately, you have no specific rights as a girlfriend. It appears to me that these are issues that should be raised, privately, between you and your boyfriend. If the two of you cannot reach an accord as to how to address the children's behaviors, there are no "Court" options to pursue. Does he see the same behaviors that you do? Does he object to them?

If not, then you have might have relationship problems, not legal problems.

Please let me know if I can be of any further help.
