Legal Question in Family Law in Arizona

Rule 80 D

I received a court order advising me that an agreement has been reached between the parties in accordance to rule 80d.

What is rule 80d?

Re: Rule 80 D

Thank you for your inquiry. In layman's terms, Rule 80d means that you and the other party stated the terms of an agreement "on the record" in the court, even if the agreement wasn't in writing yet. This means that the agreement is now binding on the parties, and one of the parties should probably submit a written form of the order for the judge to sign.
