seperation

am i legally allowed to remove items i have purchased from our house to use in my house? nothing legal has been filed to my knowledge. examples would be a bbq grill, tv, and printer.

Legally there is nothing to stop you from doing that. Be careful about claims that you did it in anticipation of a divorce or legal separation and therefore you should have to pay for it. If you are using it for community expenses or necessities, then keep receipts and such to protect yourself.
